Time to nut up or shut up.

So I was reading all kinds of stuff tonight that got me thinking. I will not reveal these things because I do not feel like debating them, but it got me wondering when we turned into a nation of coddled to, namby pamby, nutless wonders who cry in a corner the second one of delicate sensibilities even slightly disturbed?

People are far too sensitive, being politically correct has taken the place of being honest, and it's kind of pissing me off.

The next time someone says "negatively reinforced stereotype" or "lowered or distorted self worth" or anything even remotely sounding like that, punch them right in the back of the face.

Parents: it is not Call of Duty, Jay-Z, South Park's fault you're kids are crazy little self entitled brats, it's your fault as a crappy ass parent. Suck it up and do better.

All religions, races, economic demographics, cultural groups, nationalities, sexual orientations, and any other means we humans use to classify ourselves: grow a pair and stop whining every time someone says or does something that does not fall in like exactly with your little worldview. Just shut up. It's like people are walking on eggshells all the time to avoid the slightest possibility of someone else "taking something the wrong way". Jack Nicholson said it best in 1989 when he said "You can't make an omelette without breakind a few eggs."

All of sudden we've all turned into the overly sensitive hippy teacher from Beavis and Butthead. Well guess what everyone, that guy SUCKED.

The internet is not real life. If someone doesn't add you to myspace or facebook, getting upset about it is really weak. TOUGH. Get over it.

Oh, and Toys R' Us? Toy guns and swords don't hurt people. Kids with lazy parents do. So bring back the good stuff. Kids need it.

There's so much more that I'd love to say but I honestly don't have time right now. I'll leave it with this everyone: Stop being so damn sensitive. You're not helping anything. It should be noted however that I am not condoning racism, homophobia, bigotry or discrimination of any kind, that kind of stuff is for idiots. All I'm saying is that people should not expect everything to be easy and that everyone should bend over backwards to please them all the time. Thick skin will save you life.

Oh, another note to parents: quit giving your sons sissy ass names. I keep hearing all these names parents are giving boys, and it's like they want them to grow up getting their asses kicked.
